Ideal for families with young children, these mews-style apartments and villas are built around a central plaza, linked by a network of garden pathways. Ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms, each property is comfortably furnished and has adequately equipped kitchens. This lively little 'village' contains shops, boutiques, a bank and a pharmacy along with a number of restaurants and bars. Bellaluz also boasts one of the largest swimming pools on the complex which also has a children's section and a poolside bar which is opened during the summer months.
Within a short walk of Bellaluz you'll find access to most of the resorts facilities and entertainment, La Plaza centre and The Tennis Centre are within a 10 minute stroll although access to the golf course or Hotel will take you around 3 minutes by car. |

| Los Altos Villas |
Los Altos villas offer a high standard of accommodation with a choice of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas conveniently located close to the Tennis and La Plaza Centres. All properties are set on two levels where the ground floor is given to the bedrooms most of which have air-conditioning and bathrooms one of which is en-suite.
Spacious lounge and roof terraces provide the ultimate venue for peaceful sunbathing, a private BBQ or for those just wishing to enjoy the stunning views. However, the elevated position may not be suitable for families with very young children or for the elderly. Other facilities include well equipped kitchens with washing machines, satellite TV and BBQ. Residents at Los Altos 1 have the use of two swimming pools, whilst Los Altos 2 residents have three pools. |

Los Molinos or 'The Windmills' is a truly picturesque development featuring the traditional, white windmills of southern Spain. One of the newest developments at the Club of 16 community villas situated opposite the Los Molinos development. The accommodation is spacious and comprises of either 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, lounge and large terraces with BBQ.
All properties are air conditioned and are of a very high specification internally. They share one large heated communal pool with children's paddling pool both have lots of poolside terracing. They located within a 5 minute stroll from Bellaluz with its restaurants, shops, supermarket and bank. Las Palmitas has spectacular views. |

Their location makes them ideal for those not wishing to drive whilst on holiday, however their location means views are limited. A great development for families. |
